Chilla began her real estate career in 1983. She made a commitment to herself that she would one day qualify success to become a great trainer. Fortunate enough to receive some training, she listed 23 properties in the first five months of her career. She went on to become one of top producer status. After many requests by companies and agents to share her experience, her training journey began.
She was quickly approached by a national corporation to liquidate foreclosures. Within twelve months Chilla successfully disposed 200 properties.
It was at this time that she recognized a need for realtors to have an effective and professional training program. To fill that void she developed the Mini / Max System, a program that requires Minimum Time for Maximum Results.
The real estate world of experience has taken Chilla from top sales producer to trainer, speaker and author of a best selling book ” In Search Of Success In The Real Estate Industry,” across Canada and North America.
