“However, the next year and the following years I had no problem topping it off. My next year I was within the first 10 top agents in our office (and as you know that office was full of top producers making all kinds of money where in fact no one was allowed to make less than $60,000/year or they would have to find another office). Along the fact that I was making a good living, thanks to the methods you had taught me, I made so many friends, got recognition from homeowners living in my farm area, and other real estate agents as well. A lot of times when I was out in my farm area walking from door to door, other people would come out and chat with me, invite me over for coffee, and tell me how much they had appreciated the work I did for their community. My broker was recommending me in our office to the new people to come out and talk to me about strategies of getting business. Other real estate agents would ask me how I did what I did because I was ‘cleaning up’ as very often they had put it. Sometimes I was so excited about my life that I had wondered how I would be able to fall asleep at night. And it was all thanks to you giving me the right foundation of skills and attidue when it came to helping my clients accomplish their real estate goals and dreams.
